I am not happy at all with my fitness and exercise this week. It was very cold and I was not going outside to walk or even to climb stairs. I did go out once to do the stairs, turned around and went right back in the house. I have asthma and I was not going to kill myself to get healthy. Where is the logic in that. I could have done DVD's I have everyone of Coach Nicole's plus we all have SPARK!
I must admit that I did not, I thought about it, and said I will when I get up again or when I get up and get my mat.....but it never happened. I have to get out of this funky excuse mode. I am turning to jello and my knees are really starting to bother me. Of course that could be because it is cold and I am due another round of shots, but it is lack of exercise too. I am not going to BS myself anymore. My fitbit has spoken. I am LAZY and SEDENTARY and I need to get off my A$$.
Now for the pathetic, insulting, ridiculous, disgraceful report. These were last weeks goals.
1. Earn 1 step badge for the week(5000)
2. Earn 3 floor badges for the week(10) 0--no floors climbed at all
3. Fitness/aquatic center 2x 0 haven't left the house
4. Complete week 4 January Jumpstart 0 videos did get 10 minutes of exercise according to the fitbit

These are my goals for this week. I will achieve more than one, I will achieve them all.
I can do it. I will do it. I am woman hear me roar. We are suppose to be having a heat wave, it is actually going to be getting into the high teens low 20's this week.

I left off strength training because most of the videos are ST. I only put the pool down once since I haven't even achieved that yet. We are suppose to have storm Luna tomorrow and I have a Dr. appointment at 2. My plan is to go and work out, and shower there and go to the Dr. appointment from there. It will be snowing but the wintry mix I should be home by the time that starts. Home the weather cooperates. I do have a back up plan. I have my workout in my gym bag and will do it at home with dumb bells. I know I won't get the relief of the water but at least I will get some ST in.
