Ok, new start today to coincide with my weekly weight in (though I'm skipping this week). Also the first day of week 3 of the 28 day challenge. Going to stick to 1350 calories; I've been trying for 1200 and once I've gone beyond that, which is usual, I give up. Going to have Friday be my "free" day and will allow myself to eat what I want on that day. Water is a big challenge too. I'm going to set out 4 bottled waters each day and just work on them all day long.
