Form the positive habits, reap the positive results.

My exercise routine is a fairly reliable habit nowadays, but my eating is still above what I want. It's a mistake to over-indulge, even when the excess food is "healthy" food.
I have been working diligently at strength training, cardio, and yoga, but I eat too frequently. I think I will schedule meal times like I schedule workout times.
Countdown to Vacation Location: 26 days. Eating less and doing more cardio until then will have a major effect!
