1] I want to thank one of my SparkPals who messaged me and suggested I get in at least 15 minutes of HIIT during my walking. I did that yesterday. For the rest of the day my anxiousness ebbed. I ended the day feeling relaxed.
2] I ate light meals throughout the day. Most of the meals contained foods that my folk remedy books say combat stress. The only lean protein I had was a meatball sandwich I made using ground turkey and lean beef, on a multi-grain bun.
3] I was still really thirsty throughout the day, 100 oz of H2O thirsty, again.
4] I had a 4 oz glass of chilled Sauvignon Blanc, and an hour later reported to my bed at 9:30.
5] I slept through the night until 5 a.m.
6] I'm going to try this routine again - today. If it works, I'll do it for the next 4 days. Then stop doing it to see if my anxiousness returns.
