The early bird makes no excuses

Just for the record, I LOVE getting up early to work out. The morning is my wonderful quiet time. Sitting with my coffee, planning my day? Yes, please.
Tomorrow I start a new adventure. My adventure includes being down at my mom's house for three days out of the week. Typically, when I go visit my mom, we go out to eat for just about every meal and there is hardly any physical activity that goes on. Fine for an occasional weekend, but not okay for an entire semester! On my to-do list today is working out a schedule for working out as well as some meal planning. I think I'll do some grocery shopping tomorrow when I'm there and get her house stocked up. Part of the deal for letting me stay with her while I take classes is that I will cook for her and help her eating get on the right track. Pretty good deal, I'd say!
- lots of water
- track/write down all food. (I have been very lax about this for the past week.)
- Pack my bags for my mom's house
- Plan my workouts for the week
