So today is the first time I have ever written in a blog, or even a diary for that matter! Losing weight and reaching my goal and getting to a healthier weight is so important to me now that I don't want to fail! I have always refused any kind of diet plans because I've seen so many of my family members fail. I have made New Year's resolutions in the past but failed due to not having set regular short term goals. This time I am using every tool available! I started a weight management class on January 7th and I have lost approximately 3 pounds! 1 pound a week is perfectly okay to me! I just need to remember I won't always lose 1 pound, and I may make mistakes, but I can't let that stop me from reaching my goals!
