Today, I started my work out.
I found out a way to get started. its not the easiest way to get things done but for now it works.
I started with a 10 min work out. :D
I am going to try to start drinking more water, and a little less pop. at one time, I switched to water totally but then i slowly went back to drinking pop again. (shame on me)
well if i ever get the nerve I'm going to do a video blog. just thought I would let everyone know that i did find a way to make it work. and if i can, so can you! here is the story:
I am not a person that likes to work out in front of others. So that has been my major set back for some time now. I don't know why i had never thought about this before. Anyways, so i was standing in the bathroom talking to my fiancée while he was showering and it dawned on me. I could be working out while he was taking his shower. And that is what i did! So the 10 min it took me to work out, it took him longer to shower! So, there is always a way around the tough spot that you may be in. Just look for anyway possible to get what you need too done, and if you can get motivated then you should go for it. Don't let anything hold you back.
