LOST WEIGHT BEFORE MY VACATIONBUT GAINED IT ALL BACK

I lost weight before my Vacation but slowly gained it all back. My family Doctor wants me to walk three times a week for 30 minutes, I got on my treadmill and did 24, my first day not good, but a start.

    Actually a lot of times you go on vacation and end up eating very salty foods which makes you retain water. You may not have gained as much as you think and if you keep drinking water, exercising, and eating right you'll find you're still in a good position to meet your goals!

    HI BECKY,
JUST EAT SMALLER PORTIONS AND PLENTY OF WATER. TAKE 1 DAY AT A TIME AND TAKE IT SLOWLY. NOT TOO FAST AND AT YOUR OWN PACE. THAT IS WHAT I HAVE BEEN DOING AND I'M STILL LOSING MY WEIGHT. IT MAY BE SLOWER, BUT IT'S BETTER THAN DOING NOTHING AT ALL. TAKE CARE AND TALK TO YOU SOON.
