I haven't been very active in SP but working quietly on my goals. Today FRANKLY5's comments have reinforced my desire to get on track again. Amazing what a bit of support can do!
I've been off sugar for a few weeks and doing exercise and tracking my food until i went away for a week, but I'm continuing now. Unfortunately I relapsed into smoking due to preoccupation with a trip overseas to see my family in March. I feel very stressed about it, but it must be done.
I will endeavour to keep tracking and exercising and in the long run quit smoking. I think I'll be ok off sugar as I got really scared about how much sugar i ingested in December.
Got my pink glasses on.
Ps big storm here the aftermath of ex tropical cyclone Oswald. Everything fine so far.
