I have not been on here for a long time. right before my cruise Sept 27th I think. I have exercised a few times when i came back, outside and some on the treadmill BUT my old treadmill messed up, would stop at 20 minutes and smelled like something was burning. So my husband bought me a new one, it was delivered on Jan 18. I got on it for the first time tonight. I did a lot worse then i used to. BUT I am just starting back, I am very depressed, my doctor had out me on a new medication for depression called VIBRID, It is not good for me, I started like he told me to do with the lowest dose and after then next dose up, he gave me samples. The lowest dose was ok I thought. then i went up to the next dose i have been very depressed on this medication, i have been crying,not feeling good, not wanting to do anything. I had an appointment with my doctor and i was so depressed i cancelled it, I shouldn't have. a few days later I called his office during regular business hours and it went to an answering service, they picked up and hung up without saying anything. I called back and I ask was there anyone in the office it was 10 am the woman said all i know is they told us to take messages, i told them my name, number and that I needed to reschedule an appointment ASAP, THEY SAID OK, I didn't hear anything from the office, i called back two days later same thing, the answering service took my message, i never got a call back, I waited a few days later called back same thing so they next day I went into the office. it was a wednesday they said my doctor was not in and he would be at 3:30 but could not see me, i explained I knew i was not going to be able to be seen but need an appointment and I had left MANY messages with their answering service but i NEVER got a call back, The woman told me he would call me, and that he was going to be out of town all next week, I never got a call from my doctor BUT the next day Thursday I got a letter that said he was moving and gave the new address and number. on the next Monday I called the new number and I had to leave a message and two days later someone from the new office said your doctor is not moved in yet he will not be here until Feb 4th call the old number, I did and THEN THE WOMAN said let me look on my computer and she said oh you now have an appointment for FEB 13TH, WHEN WERE THEY GOING TO LET ME KNOW, GOOD THING I CALLED. I didn't have any more samples but a friend that goes to him also had some he gave her, she gave them to me, so I am on the lowest dose but still so very depressed, it also makes me MEAN AND GROUCHY I don't like this medicine at all. also he out me on ADDERALL SO I don't know if it is the vibrid, the Adderall or the combination. I am a mess right now
