Goal for February 2013

So...I'm back after a dry spell, but I'm ok about it, I think joining the Spark Group Challenges really helped me, I tried to get into the January Challenge, but I failed, and not afraid to say so. Still, I've gained 2kgs, and I put out a new goal for myself, which I haven't achieved, but that's going to change. I'm so surprised at myself though with this long away from the exercise and whacked out eating, I thought I would gain so much more, thank goodness, I didn't throw away all my well learned lessons from the last couple of months.
So, as the month of January begins to end, I am embarking back on my personal challenge and goal for February which is what I should have achieved in January, however, like they say, there's not time like the present, so off I am with my February personal goal, which is:
Lose 7kgs to reach 135kgs by the 28 February 2013. To tone my arms and legs and stomach. My person goal is to ride my bike down the hill(s) and come back up or ride to the next village to my in-laws place.
I've planned a holiday in May 2013, and I'm looking forward to it a lot. I won't be wearing a two-piece swimming outfit...BUT...I will be confident enough to wear shorts and sleeveless tops.
Planning is the key and ensuring I am prepared for my bike rides in the mornings OR afternoons.
