This morning was the first group session for the Transformation Challenge at the gym. There are 5 in the group (including me). I really liked the trainer. One thing that impressed me was his attention to my form in each exercise. He also explained the reasoning for the form. Also, I was doing some of the reps a little fast and he said SLOW it down to get the burn. And I did and really felt the burn! I am a little sore tonight.
I also will be having a personal session once a week for 8 weeks with him. I am excited to have the accountability and being back with a trainer again.
