So it's the end of another week and I am still on the right track for a healthy lifestyle. I took a day off from cardio today, but still ate healthy and stayed within my SP ranges.
For breakfast I had oatmeal with strawberries and vanilla soy milk. Lunch was a turkey sandwich on whole wheat multigrain bread with veggies. Dinner was pizza! And it was healthy pizza too.
I used a wheat dough that I got at the supermarket, used low sodium tomato sauce very lightly, less than a 1/4 cup of cheese for my slice, and loaded mine with mushrooms, spinach, onions and tomatoes. It was very tasty. Finally a healthy way to have pizza. I won't be doing this every day, but it was nice for a treat.
Overall, I had a pretty good day.
