Feeling a bit disconnected

Have to admit I've felt a bit disconnected lately so I appreciate the feedback I've gotten on my SP page and blog. I blame myself for the disconnect - been just too darn busy lately to do much more than track my food and exercise everyday, although I do try hard to check in on the team blogging that going on.
Life is just too hectic right now, but relief is on the horizon and hopefully a let-up in the schedule will lead to a refocus and recommitment on what I need to be doing to reach my fitness goals.
A week from today I expect life to slow down and vow to try and be a better teammate
