Now I just have to wait for all my references to be checked. In the meantime, I have been doing Jillian Michael's workout dvd's as well as Greg Sims kickboxing bodybar dvd as well. I have also decided I want to train for my first marathon this summer. I have done 2 half marathons, but never a whole marathon. This summer I will be 46 years old. This morning I ran 3.5 miles uphill to the Beaver Creek Chapel and down 3.6 miles for a total of 7.1 miles in 98 minutes. I think I can get that run down to a flat 90 minute run. Yesterday I ran a 5k with my daughter in the running stroller. It is harder to push a stroller running a 5k, then just running solo, especially in snow and ice, even if I did have on my yak traks over my running shoes. Therefore, tomorrow I will get up at 5am again, before Victoria and my husband to try to do this 7.1 mile run in 90 minutes flat. Victoria will get up by 6:30am or 7am and my husband will probably sleep until 9am. He just worked 2 doubles on Friday and Saturday.
