As part of the TurboFire dvds there is a stretch 40 that I have recently began to really enojy. I was trying to do it on sundays which is when it was scheduled and it was a great way to end my sunday night and get ready for the work week. I did it tonight on a Saturday and I loved it. I really relaxed into everything.

I wish there was a place in my town that did Hot Yoga (Bikrham) cause I would really like to try it. I think I am also going to join a gym here soon so that I can go to yoga classes at least once a week. I am really enjoying yoga. Who knew?

Anyway other than that I did a 45 min cardio today and 20 min core and a 40 min yoga. Great workout. I am excited for tomorrows workout cause I have a friend coming over to try TurboFire for the first time. Hopefully I dontt kill her. It is the fire 55EZ class. :) We will see.
