my spark

I babysat my spark tonight...
Elizabeth, my granddaughter. She is 15 months now- and is so smart.
She put pieces in a box and took them out of a box.
When a piece fell she stopped what she was doing and watched where it landed, finished putting the pieces she had in her hand in the box and then went and got the one that dropped. she combed her babies hair. We laughed together. And then we played catch. Then I got down on the floor with her and we rolled it back and forth. She loved the fact that I got on the floor to play with her.
Now I want to get into even better shape so I can do more with her!

They count on us but they can also inspire us.

Oh how much fun is that? What a wonderful reason to get into better shape Yea Good for YOU!

You have brains in your head. You have feet in your shoes. You can steer yourself any direction you choose. You're on your own. And you know what you know. And YOU are the one who'll decide where to go... Dr. Seuss

Yep, grand children are great SPARKS. My two eldest gave me the spark to hang on when DH passed away. The youngest one inspires me to keep losing, and getting more mobile so I can keep up with her.

She's a pretty smart one, checking, finishing what she was doing before chasing the dropped piece. WTG little one.
