Well, my friend and neighbor at the market told me today she has put her business up for sale. I can understand her position....Her huaband is on a liver transplant list and she has to do so much of it without his help due to his condition. All this along with the current unfriendly attitude by the market management. They wan us to give them keys so that if we are not here they will have some one run your business.

Later today our friend that operates the gourmet coffee shop told me he was closing there. He does several local markets and has a shop open everyday of the month. He said with the increase in rent and the demands of the management he is only clearing about $25 to 35 a day and it is not worth the hours and time for that.

Hubby and I have a lot of merchandise so we are going to sell it off at a smaller margin and hope to be able to go out in Aprilor May. I have been asked to come to a local arts market on Saturdays with one of my special products. I believe we will turn a larger profit there and not have as much inventory. If that does not work out okay, we have tied our weekends up with this for 12 years and we really enjoy some personal times on weekends which the present management plans to fine us if we are not there......

We will see which way we are going, but the people wanting us at the other place were with us there for 5 years and they have done so much better since leaving here

decisions, decisions! I hope it all works out well for you. The management where you are sounds unrealistic.
