I'm starting a meal diary! Soyaki Salmon with rice, green beans, & almonds

I'm kind of a seriously visual type of person, so I thought that maybe it might be a good idea to augment my nutrition tracker by providing a sort of photo travelogue of what I eat throughout the day. My thought is that this will serve twofold:
First of all, if I really liked something now I'll have a picture reminder of that food memory, maybe making it easier for me to choose something healthier when I start having cravings or can't decide what to make for dinner. Second, since it's going to be out there in public Blogland, I'll be less inclined to go for impulse eating. If a tree falls, and all that...
So anyway, my very first meal entry is a delicious dinner I made tonight, and the whole thing was less than $3.50 a serving! Holy mole, I keep forgetting how much kinder it is on my pocketbook (not to mention my waistline) to cook at home! It's a skin-on Alaskan salmon filet from Target, marinated with a little Trader Joe's Island Soyaki on a bed of white rice and Green Giant green beans with sliced almonds. I dressed the rice and veggies with some of the Soyaki, too. I'll definitely be making this a regular player in my meal rotation; it was pretty quick, and so good!
