Ahh, those words were sweet to my ears as I was doing the Worth the Weight workout in the Nike Training Center App. 280 calories. I am really liking that app. It is my plan to do the same workout for about a month and then I am going to switch it up and try a different routine.

I already noticed an increase in my strength on some of the exercises. I do have to modify some of the exercises because I have an injured wrist and if it is ever going to heal I have to stop aggravating it.

After that workout, I got on the recumbent bike and did the interval routine. I log in a bit more mileage this time. I am feeling better because I have been paying attention to what I am eating and am making a huge effort to limit some of the junk I have been eating. I wish DH would get on board because then it would be so much easier in two ways: support and less junk food being accessible.

I feel good after the workout and now I am going to repeat in my head : Relax and go to sleep emoticon
