HUNGRY!

Been seeing some amazing losses on the scale this week. Been working really hard at the gym....but dang I have been HUNGRY. I have, however, been staying within my ranges.

I added two protein shakes a day. I think it's really doing a good thing for me. 1 more pound until I hit my 10 pound goal for this month!

    If you are finding you are hungry often you may still be lacking protein. Good luck on your journey!
