It was a good day. I did laundry this morning and then went and visited 3 friends. They all live in the same general area. Two of them live on the same street, so it is very convenient to visit both of them.

I took another friend to the pharmacy to pick up her medication.

Then I went and visited my great nephew, Ethan. It is his 8th birthday on Monday. He is such a sweet heart! He loved his present and got some neat stuff from my sister and from his Dad.

Then I went to my friends apartment and had a turkey dinner. She had an extra turkey from the holidays and wanted to cook it today. When she was sharpening her knife to cut the turkey she cut her finger. It was bleeding pretty good and was cut almost to the bone. So, we ate and then I took her to the Emergency Room to get some stitches. We were lucky when we got there it was slow.

When we got back to her apartment we had chocolate pie and cool whip. It was sugar free so I didn't feel so bad about eating it. It was pretty good, but I got heartburn from it. Guess I shouldn't have eaten it!!


So now I am getting some spark points and reading my email. I am tired and should sleep very well tonight. I think I went up and down the stairs to my apartment about 10 times today. Great exercise!! I even got some walking in today.
