Good day at exercising; all the items for the 38 day challenge. Ate a bit too much but not like yesterday. Tomorrow is my start day each week. Following advice, I will set a day aside to eat what I want and fill my plate appropriately. Looking forward to it. The next two weeks, I plan on being food and water compliant as well as keeping up with the exercise!! I hope:)
