Much to my surprise, when I weighed in today I found I am already down fifteen pounds. My goal is really only eight a month so I was blown away. I am amazed at how good I feel simply from eating healthy foods and exercising. I am already sleeping soooooo much better, my joints feel better, my cloths fit better, and my complexion looks better. Seems it is also having an effect on my emotional outlook as well, I feel more positive about everything for some odd reason. And when I get home from a long day of work, i actually have energy and don't fall asleep in my recliner! Thank you spark people!
