I blew off my P90x twice this week. I have all of my excuses but excuses get you nowhere. So today I got myself to the Y and put on some Railroad Earth and knocked out 8 miles plus in 35 minutes. Then I went to the walking track and barely made it a mile before the pain in my hip got too intense. Headed back to the machines and spent a few more minutes on a treadmill where I could use the machine to help lift my weight off of my hip. So now I sit in front of the fire with a hot toddy and my laptop reviewing today's choices. I am content because I feel like I stepped up to the challenge today instead of going to the excuse bucket. Makes tomorrow look easier.
