Pounds Gone

Today, I decided to weigh in because tomorrow will be the TOM. Since doing the BLC with the Work Out @ Home SparkTeam, I've loss 10 pounds. Since coming back to Sparkpeople in November, I've loss 12 pounds. I'm so proud of myself! I'm on my way! I'm setting goals and sticking to it! New goals are established for February, which are the following:

1. Stating Daily Positive Affirmations over myself
2. Eating Clean
3. Doing new kickboxing DVD (Les Mills Combat) with ChaLean Extreme for strength training
4. Training my abs for 2-3 days per week

I will still continue the following from this month:

1. Being a friend to myself once a week
2. Taking my vitamins every night
3. Getting 7-8 hours of sleep per night

Like I stated in yesterday's blog, I'm committed to taking better care of my body because this is the only body I'm given and I want to be as fit as possible. I can do this and I will do this!
