So I had my first official weigh in and was surprised to find I was 2.5 pounds lighter than I had expected. I had been tracking all week but grrrrr!!!! I got off track Friday when I went out to eat for lunch. Then Saturday we went to a stupid buffet lol I only got one plate so that was good, before I would get a salad, a couple of plates and some dessert! But this time I felt myself getting full and just stopped, easy as that :) We went to HEB Central Market and I got my fave greek salad and we are eating leftovers for dinner so overall I think I'm doing ok. I really need to work on going to bed at a decent time and waking up early to start working out. I'm thinking I can start with 15 mins in the morning and 15 in the evening so I can have about 30 mins a day and build on that once I'm used to waking up early. So glad the weigh ins are restricted to once a week because now I won't get depressed in between if I weight myself and don't see weight loss everyday. As silly as that sounds that's what I always hope for!
