How am I doing...keeping track of my goals

This week it was better than last week but I still have ways to go. I did worked out for 5 days as planned but not the way I wanted. I did three days of cardio (walking and running) and 2 days of stretch and strength exercises. I did not add strength exercise on my fifth day which was today and I still need to plan my rest days better. I still have not gotten to the book I wanted to read for pleasure and I did not call to make appointments for health check-ups emoticon I am bad with that but I have to get better. I am on track with my motivation and weight lost. I have lost 5 pounds so far. Overall I am doing good but I can do better emoticon

    BOLEBRON - wondering if you remember me. I have been gone for a couple of yrs. I was kutey504 -- I kept it really close when I rejoined. LOL Glad to see you are still here.
