Workout yesterday - 30 minutes - 15 on elliptical and 15 on bicycle. Twisted my knee or something going down the steps at the train station. By the time I got to the gym it was hurting. I made the best of it and put in 30 minutes.
Not feeling well today so I haven't worked out. I did get my bodybugg up and running today but I'll use today as a get familiar with logging the food since the database on this site is seriously lacking. I've been trying to finish my purging today but really didn't do much, since I'm not on my best game today.
Monday my job starts its annual biggest loser challenge. I usually participate every year. Not sure I want to participate this year. I'll decide by Monday morning. Hopefully I'll feel better tomorrow and can get to the grocery store.
