Day 5 of triathlon training

Well I've followed the plan and then added a hill home.

This morning started of with a 1:30 swim. We did drills and then we did a two different sets of 2x 400. The slow guy that likes to take the lead and frustrates the heck out of me moved into a faster lane. HA I was so happy. I was able to just GO!!!!! and GO I did. I was so tired by the time I got done. I never had time to stop and see what he was doing/not doing in the faster lane.

After swimming it was weekly grocery shopping and then food prep, and laundry.

At 1:00 pm we got on our bike start our bike ride. It called for a 20 mile ride on flat. We got that and then had to get home... that was UP HILL. In the end I got a 26 mile bike ride done in 2:15 that include a few short stops along the way. Now I know my bike ride base time. :)

Hot tub and getting ready for tomorrow SKI day! Woo whoo.

    You've been busy! emoticon Fantastic workouts honey! I'm so glad you've found your 'tribe' of athletes and are embracing going after this goal!
I'm training by myself, following the same Galloway plan for the R'n'R that I've followed in the past. I want to run (slow interval) the R'n'R, that's my goal.
