Today is the final day of your BLC21 and you have been working on your "Change Streak" for 14 weeks. Two of those weeks were prior to the BLC start date.
You should be 24 pounds lighter when you step on the scale today, but more importantly you have established a healthy lifestyle change which incorporates daily exercise, eating healthy foods and tracking what you eat.
By bringing about this lifestyle change you have laid the groundwork to obtain your ultimate goal of getting to a healthy weight. These changes will carry you through the next year and a half as you "redo" yourself and take back control of your health and well being.
