Dear Laura; By the time you read this you will have completed your challenge. Right now I feel frustrated because i gained some of my weight back. But i am also glad that my arms and chest are shrinking. I really want to lose that jiggle in my arms and have a firmer stomach. I have some clothes I cannot fit in yet that I want to wear. By the time you read this I will be at my maintennance goal weight. I will probbaly have thinner arms and better abs. I want to fit into that skirt and pants that do not fit me now. I want to be able to wear tank tops and sun dresses. By the end of this challenge I will have learned how to control my cravings for chocolate and not to eat to soothe myself when I am stressed out, angry, or sad. I will have learned to do other things instead like blog or write a poem about how i feel. I will have learned to eat healthier snacks not just chocolate or anything with chocolate on it. Here's looking at a new me at the end of this challenge. No more excuses let's get it done!
