BLC21: How will I feel when I reach my goal weight?

How will I feel when I reach my goal weight?

What I am hoping for is to be able to say good bye to my couch!

When I now work a split shift work week or when I work 4 nights straight I live on our couch .

I will have the energy after this to work out, work on my quilting more or even surprise my DH with a nice healthy dinner.

My couch will be the one thing in our house that will be collecting dust.

This is what I am hoping for.

Gotta love that image of the empty couch! You have 3 very clear goals -- working out more, quilting more, and doing something special by way of a great healthy dinner you've cooked for your DH -- awesome and achievable! I join everyone else in cheering you on with a You Can Do It!!!! We are on our way . . .

Great thoughts. I've also tried to reduce my couch time or in my house TV time but going to my quilting room each night for an hour. I may be organizing, designing, sewing or something else but the result is more quilts completed.

Keep it up!

You can DO this!! Have you tried doing just 10 minutes of working out - pushing through your tiredness? What I found when I began exercising is that once I'd done it for a few days I began to have MORE energy!!

How about it? For 5 days a week, for at least two weeks, do just 10 minutes of exercises (there are lots of short videos here on SP you can do.) Don't give up if you are tired - commit to do it for at least two weeks.

I'll be VERY surprised if you aren't feeling more energy before two weeks are up!! And if you are too tired AFTER work, how about doing it BEFORE work? I promise it will be worth the effort! emoticon
