Yesterday I decided that since Saturday was weigh in day for me, and I had made an unwise decision to eat a Cobb Salad (1440 mg of SODIUM!) I would drink lots of water...and exercise ...exercise until I sweat!! So I did.
Today....I lost 1.6 at weigh in ...I will TAKE IT!!!
Lesson learned. Shari's has a website to track nutrition...calories, sodium..etc. I know which food I will NOT eat before a weigh in again! And this particular food...if I have it again..I am gonna SHARE it with my hubby!!!
I am going to try something new tonight...TWO recipes from SP...cauliflower soup, and a Calzone made with lean turkey...and lean everything else! I think that will make a great dinner tonight!
