I am a bit frustrated. I have been to Curves 12 times this month (what they recommend) and could easily get to or 3 more times in this month. I also walk ,elliptical stepper and work out DVD some times...but weight seems hard to get off.
I know some may have to do with my thyroid but I am taking something for it.
I need to stay on tracking and working out at Curves no less than 3 times a week but I also need to workout at home with the DVD after the kids go to bed. This is going to be hard but not impossible.
Thank You for letting me vent.
