I've had about a week of this, and I am generally starting to see a pattern of times. Sometimes I crave something crunchy, and sometimes soft, but it's usually around 4:30. If I don't have breakfast, I crave chocolate at around 10:30.
Now that i know my pattern a little better, it's time to head off some of these cravings with some prepared snacks. It's going to take more than the standard fruits and vegetables, though.
