With January coming to a close soon, I have been reflecting on the amount of progress I have made thus far.
No, I did not lose the amount of weight that I wanted to this first month of the year.
But with that being said, I have seen vast improvements with:
1. The quality and quantity of food that I eat.
2. I have been working out on a consistent basis.
3. Chipping away at some other projects.
4. Journaling and recording on Spark consistently.
4. And, I am seeing changes in my body tone, and gaining strength, yay!
So I must say that I am very pleased with the progress so far.
And I am very grateful for so many wonderful Sparklie friends that have encouraged me sooooo much this year already.
I hope your dreams and goals are closer to becoming realized as well.
