With January coming to a close soon, I have been reflecting on the amount of progress I have made thus far.
No, I did not lose the amount of weight that I wanted to this first month of the year.
But with that being said, I have seen vast improvements with:

1. The quality and quantity of food that I eat.
2. I have been working out on a consistent basis.
3. Chipping away at some other projects.
4. Journaling and recording on Spark consistently.
4. And, I am seeing changes in my body tone, and gaining strength, yay!

So I must say that I am very pleased with the progress so far.
And I am very grateful for so many wonderful Sparklie friends that have encouraged me sooooo much this year already.
I hope your dreams and goals are closer to becoming realized as well.
Thanks so much for your kindness and friendship!!

    I am so glad you are sticking with it. Today, I broke down and ate 3 slices of the sourdough bread that I just made for the first time the other night. All I know is that it must have been good because all 3 loaves are gone, and I have to make more tomorrow! Could be my downfall.

But you have really done well, and none of us lost all that we wanted in January. It was like a wash of a month for a ton of people, so don't feel badly... just keep at it. I finally hit the 50-pounds lost mark! After 8 months, and I lost nothing in January at all! HAHA

Keep kicking booty!!
