Weekends are REALLY hard for me. I always do really well during the week staying on my food 'plan' however, as soon as Friday night hits the feasting begins.
I don't know why but this overwhelming urge to eat eat eat finds its why into my head and I listen. Its foods that during the week I don't eat, not because I am restricting them but because I don't want them.
These aren't binges just consent eating and grazing through the day on foods that are higher calories and NOT fruit or veggies.
I have no idea why I am doing this. Is it the stress leaving me after the week? Is it the lack of structure? or Is it because I have something sweet for breakfast?
I don't know the reason but if anyone has any insight, I would love to here it. These weekends are sabotaging me.
