Tracking Food (accountability?)

Saturday, January 26, 2013

OK, I admit it. I do not want to track my food intake. I do not want to be bound and restricted (accountable?), which is how I feel about it. However, I do want to be healthy! I have been thinking about why I am so against tracking my food, and it is because change is hard and so is facing the reality of what I eat. Not being real with myself about how much I eat is how I got to this weight. So starting today, I am tracking my food! I hope it won't be forever, but I have a feeling I am going to be shocked!

I hate tracking food too! But I do it, because it makes me think before I eat anything - am I hungry, or do I just want this? and do I want it enough to log in and track it?

Youll be amazed how quickly you adjust your eating habits because of this accountability :) emoticon good for you!

Tracking my food was the only way I lost weight. It's your choice, what your want.
