Nothing specific on my plate today. Will go running, of course, but other than that...
Unfortunately, I have lots to do. Just nothing with a time line or a time certain. I just need to kick myself in gear and get a few things done, on a day without specific obligations.
Still sticking with the Jillian Michaels workout plan. No weights today, only cardio. I am so tempted to jump on the scale and see if I have lost anything this week. But, I am going to stick by my plan to weigh only on Mondasy.
