Time to re-think

It has been 6 days since I lost weight. In my reading, I have figured out that weighing myself every day might not be mentally healthy. When the scale doesn't move, I feel that I am not making progress, then I want to eat... a lot. This is detrimental, both emotionally and mentally. I have made a decision to weight once a week.

Thoughts?
