Good morning everyone or should I say good afternoon since it's almost noon. The day didn't start out so well, we had an appointment for AT&T to install the Uverse TV service today, which means I had to get up earlier than normal to get things ready. Well the guy showed as said & then things begin to go wrong, first he wanted to lay lines around my room on the floor (now I have little kids in my house) or cut another hole in my house for another box. Now the hard part for me was we already have Uverse internet & phone service, so when I called to get the service, I ASKED (2 different sales people) if they would need me to move my large L-shaped desk to get to the phone line where my internet comes in or how would they be installing it. They told me it would be going through the cable wires we already have in our house, we currently have DISH, so it would be no problem. So needless to say I told the guy No - I wasn't having any wires laying around or another hole in my house & he said well I can't run the cable under your drop ceiling because that is a liability. So I said well I guess we are done here & I ask to speak to a manager. Manager finally called & said he would look into it, talk to the tech & get back to me in 10 -15 minutes - that was 65 minutes ago. So I guess they don't really want our business very bad, I hate to tell them that if enough customers get unhappy then guess what they have no job. Customer service isn't what it use to be, no wonder companies are going under.
Now you might be asking why I'm telling you this story because this would have use to send me to eat. When I would get upset, I would eat to help calm me down. I didn't do that today instead I did some laundry & then writing my blog. For me this is a big step in the right direction!
So now off for more cleaning, exercise & having a great day!
