Fitbit Customer Support are AWESOME!

They were quick to respond to my emails and offered suggestions to get my Fitbit One up and going due to it was in the rain all night and looked like it was stepped on or ran over by the car. They are sending me a replacement! I highly recommend this vendor! emoticon

    My first fitbit was defective. Got free replacement inside of 3 days. Then 3 months later I lost my fitbit while out shopping. They answered the email immediately and let me buy another at half price. The newest one!!! Aren't they great? I mean, you lose one and they still give you a deal? Wonder customer service!!!
