    Good job, Jansam! LOL You're just turning into an ol' pro with this stuff, aren't ya? You GO, girl! I don't know if you know DDoorn on here, but he's one of my sparky buds and he's sent me some really interesting articles re: the food sources used in the U.S. He sent one last week that said that all of the wheat products sold in the U.S. are made from GMO wheat that has been genetically modified since the 70s and scientists have discovered that it supposedly contains a protein that actually stimulates the hunger/pleasure centers of your brain. I have noticed along this route that whenever I stumble and eat things that I used to eat that are of the processed variety, I have more of a problem controlling my cravings.....but you know, it stands to reason. These manufacturers have spent millions doing psychological studies of consumers for decades, so it's not a stretch to think they have also done studies to find ingredients that keep you coming back to their products. Kinda sad, but hey, in a free market society, the almighty dollar is the name of the game, I guess.

    I think we are doomed to eat genetically modified corn. WalMart's produce is all GMO. So even the popcorn that you air pop for yourself will be chemically engineered.. Even the seeds you buy from Burpee. SHEESH!

I totally enjoyed your blog!!! You did a great job !! I learned alot I was surprised about wheat bread. I'll remember to eat it with protein!! Thank you for sharing.     Canned food is also lined with plastic. It's better to eat fresh or frozen. . The microwave also zaps a lot of nutrition right out of food. I heard of a study where they watered two plants, one with microwaved water, the other with water from the faucet. The plant watered with the microwave water died. I just try to avoid using the microwave. We use it a few times a week. I've actually considered just getting rid of it all together. Good information.

    Thanks for a very informative video without all the hype. That was great. The microwave popcorn really threw me. I guess I'll have to go back to air pop. I will keep an eye out for future videos. You did a good job. Much better than I could have I'm sure. I will enjoy watching you reach your goals.
