Week 3 of 2013 is gone!
I am not feeling as on top of my game plan as I was.
I am drinking water!
I only missed one day of logging my food!
I am logging my fitness!
I am posting on my teams, but I need to do so DAILY!
I am still behind on posting my daily blog. GET BACK ON TRACK!
I was down on the scale for Weigh-In 2, but I'm feeling BAD about Weigh-In 3.
P.S. I STILL need to kick things up a notch.
