I have been an on and off user of Sparkpeople.com for years. Pain and emotional problems have taken their toll. I once again found time for me as I start my program anew.
As long as we're here on this earth we can always start again...and again...and again, if need be, and that's OK, you just keep looking up and ahead and I think you'll be just fine. Take Care.
