Well I made it below 215, even if it was just by a little. Went and did a 60 min. walk, and weighed in before breakfast. Now I just need to put it farther away. This is my 3rd goal that I have kept this month, along with Sparking, and exercising daily.
On the 1st of the year I was 225.4 , so I lost more than 10 lbs this month. At this pace, I could be 200 by mid March. My plans for the day include a nap as soon as my other 2 meals are cooked. I am exhausted right now.
Later I am going to play some basketball, but not going out with my friends afterwards. I don't want to kick back up over 215, now that I am past it. Part of why I am exercising twice today. In my mind I am thinking of Gary Taubes saying that exercise just makes us hungry, and we eat more. In my heart, I just want to get farther from 215..lol. I have macadamia nuts to eat if I get hungry, and I just went to gym this morning without thinking. Around 40 mins in, I remembered that I was playing basketball today, so cut it off at 60 mins. Still want to go play ball with my friends though. Hopefully after nap, I feel refreshed enough to make it through 60 mins of that. I'm sure that once I get playing, I will get into it, and I can recuperate Sunday.
