I've been lazy lately. There hasn't been much walking nor have I put in any of my fitness games. I can tell, I'm tired and the weight is jumping around and not in a good way. I had lost 9 pounds in two weeks, but then gained 2 back. It's not enough just to watch what I'm eating, I'll need to try to be at the low end of my calories to even stay steady with no exercise.
Getting back into the 10 minutes a day routine will help jump start the weight loss. This danged 180 (I'm just under it) seems to be my third stuck number. I have the fitness games and love the yoga type games, I just need to get off my butt and do them.
It's one thing to watch what you eat, and if you have a lot of weight to lose still, weight loss can come easily without movement, but as you go along in the journey, you must move in order to keep the weight coming off. I can't be lazy and still lose the weight, time to go move around!
