I've always kept pretty thorough records of my lifting sessions. I'm currently on a new plan where I want to document my progress and also keep records of my discoveries along the way. For a number of reasons that I won't get into, I've always been hesitant to post lifting log related entries here. So if you're interested in adding me to your RSS aggregator, bookmarks or blog roll, I'd be honored.
I'll still post my usual research findings and other things on SparkPeople just like always.
