Weight loss this week

For the first time in my life, I was not happy to see how much weight I lost this week. My first thought is that the scale needs a new battery. My second thought is that I have had a severe constipation problem. I finally broke down and went to see a specialist. The problem has been resolved. My third thought is that I've lost muscle weight from not exercising as much.
It's probably not just one of those things. It's likely a combination of all three. I know how much I ate this week, and my jeans are tighter, not loser.
The good thing is the alarm I felt at seeing the numbers and knowing that something is wrong. I want to use the pool being closed as an opportunity to have some new exercise experiences......Maybe I will finally check out that Zumba class at DH's workplace that I have been so curious about.
Why does it take blogging about problems to get them sharply focused in your mind?
